What shipping methods are availbale?
For USA Domestic orders, we use USPS First Class with tracking.
For Canada & Mexico orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
For Europe, UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.
International orders can take longer due to extra shipping time and customs processing times.
Once your item ships you will receive an email containing your tracking info so you will have accurate information as to when your order will arrive.
Please note, we work with different suppliers for certain items so they may ship and arrive separately even though they are ordered at the same time.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide and wherever possible we use tracking numbers to ensure that your goods arrive safe and within the promised time. In countries where tracking is not available, Internationalshipping may take longer than the estimates in the table below.
You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs.
If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
How long will it take to get my package?
All Cardwelry products are made-to-order. We ship all orders from our Florida and Amsterdam factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:
USA - Within 2-5 business days
Canada - Within 4-8 business days
UK, Most of EU - Within 5 -15 business days
Australia, New Zealand - Within 5-10 business days
Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days
These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.
When will my order ship?
We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we aim to ship your item within 2 business days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.
Is buying on-line safe?
We understand your concern about your personal information. Cardwelry Store adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Processing time vs Shipping time
Please note that processing time (2-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office). After we have processed your order, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During the busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
There are sometimes factors which can affect international deliveries such as the product being temporarily out of stock, holidays, customs hold-ups, weather and other delays which are unfortunately beyond our control.
In the table below you will see estimated delivery times to your part of the world. In many cases, items are delivered faster, but the delivery estimates below to give you an idea of what you may expect.
If you email us once we have shipped the order, you will receive a tracking number. If you haven't received your order within the estimates listed above or have an issue, please email us at support@cardwelry.store with your order number and we'll be back to you as soon as possible!

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to go out the door and be shipped to you. ntent
How do Returns/Exchanges work?
Simply go to https://www.cardwelry.store and it will walk you through the steps for any exchanges or returns.
➡ You will also receive a return label in an email for any items you need to ship back.
➡ Exchanges and returns must be processed by the 60th day from date of delivery.
➡ There are NO RETURNS for any of our Customized Items. They are final sale unless it is defective.
➡ Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to support@cardwelry.store with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.
➡ Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.
