Cancellation, Refund and Return Policies

We know you will love your new purchase from the Cardwelry Gifts Collection, but we also know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return your treasure!!

CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

Changed your mind? If you would like to change or cancel an order – before order confirmation has been received - please contact us at support@cardwelry.co.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the same return process as stated below
  • If your item has been personalized / engraved, you will receive a refund less 30% of of your purchase price

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. You will have up to 30 days to return your item for a full refund (less any shipping fees). Please contact us for a return authorization number BEFORE returning items. Do NOT return items to our shipping address. Please reach out to support@cardwelry.co for return information.

If 30 days has passed, you may return the item up to 60 days after purchase for exchange or credit only. To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.

“Final Buy” items may not be returned nor exchanged.

 REFUNDS

Returns are are processed within 3 business days. Once we receive your item and have verified its condition, you will receive notification of receipt and will be issued a refund through the identical method paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds / credits to be processed.

Please note: 

  • If your item is personalized / engraved, you will receive a refund less 30% of of your purchase price. 
  • EXPEDITED shipping fees are NOT refundable
  • If you received a FREE gift with purchase, it will need to be returned in order to receive your refund
  • Refunds are issued up to 30 days after purchase

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, or does not arrive as tracking indicates, please e-mail or call us immediately. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately.

Every item in the Cardwelry Gifts Collection is handled with care and respect. When you order from us, you will feel confident at every step of the purchasing experience!

Once you complete your order with Cardwelry Gifts Collection, your jewelry will be packaged and wrapped carefully for shipment. Each item will come complete with an anti-tarnish square and will be presented in a gorgeous gift bag, enclosed in an elegant gift box. 

 Items are packaged and sent out within 3 business days of each completed transaction. For personalized items, please allow up to 21 days for processes. For all purchases, each package is assigned a tracking number which will be added to your order, and will allow you to track your Purchase!
